Buyers who repeatedly request refunds on multiple purchases, especially after the items have been reviewed and received favourable reviews, will be deterred from future purchases.
You must adhere to the vendors’ refund policy and contact our support desk before starting or filing any disputes with any billing service or payment processor.
The process would begin with contacting the vendor, our support desk, the payment processor’s dispute procedure, and finally, their bank.

Affiliates can only use Digitstem after paying a non-refundable fee of NGN 5000 (or its equivalent in dollars) per year to subscribe to the platform. Otherwise, affiliates have no access to the Digitstem marketplace.

All payment requests begin and end on Friday. However, payouts leave on Saturday via a Nigerian bank deposit.
Affiliates might get extra bonuses depending on reached goals or other factors. Additionally, several technical training opportunities, etc., are made accessible for affiliate use.

As a vendor, you must submit your product for vetting and approval before it’s added to the list. All products go through this process regardless. The vetting process takes a few days before your product is disapproved or approved.
Digitstem pays its vendors via bank transfers. Your money is sent to a valid bank account with your name. Vendors and affiliates alike are paid every Saturday of the week. Withdrawal requests are allowed on Fridays only.
The vendors decide on the percentage to set aside in commission for affiliates.
However, we generally advise and make vendors pay reasonable commissions to the affiliates to gear up interest in promoting their products.
We offer a mediator service so that vendors can list their products on our platform for potential customers.

Vendors are autonomous and decide what their refund policy would be for users. However, we advise vendors to provide a reasonable refund policy clause for potential buyers.
